Refunds and Returns

Damaged⁄Faulty Goods

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email customerservices@tabio.co.uk immediately.
  • We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.

Unsuitable Goods

  • To receive a refund you must return the goods within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Goods must be returned with your packing list to the address below.

  • All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging.
  • All goods that have been worn or opened will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If returning by post the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
  • We would recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Tabio is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
